I think your bullets should be good...
Do you have any pics of those sweeeeet Ruger P95 or the Ruger Gp100
Hi:
I just joined this forum. I have loved guns all of my life and have had many. Most of my shooting has been recreational. Where I was living prior to coming to Texas, I didn't have much opportunity to practice or shoot for fun, so have concentrated mainly on self defense. I have a Ruger GP100 in SS that I purchased for self defense about 10 years ago. I keep it loaded with hollow point bullets, and fortunately have never had to shoot it. I recently acquired a Taurus "Judge" w/3in. barrel and a Ruger P95 9mm semi-auto. The Taurus is loaded with 410 shotshells and I intend to buy some 45 Long Colt shells for it. I also have hollow points in the P95. I am interested in getting a Conceal/Carry permit, and want to find some places where I can shoot.
I do have a question for you guys. I have about 50 rounds of .38 reloads that I have had for about 15 years. Since I haven't done any shooting in recent years, I have kept them in a dry box. My question is: do you feel that these shells would be safe to shoot, and if not, how can I safely dispose of them?
Thanks in advance,
Hal

Welcome from SE Texas.
Welcome from Jacksonville Florida.
Just 50 rounds, I just drop them off at the range box for dispose. All ranges have a drop box's for bad rounds. Or look at them real good to see they don't have any type of rust on them. I had some in a dry box for about 13 years. I did have two that was not good to me to fire off.
