Hey, name is Luke, from up in Massachusetts surrounded by libs that want to take our guns from us...Im new to the forum, saw this place to introduce ourselves, so I figured I would...Im a Army Veteran, two tours in Iraq, Im two years removed from my eight year obligation, living life on the civilian side now and liking it...just bought my first personal firearm almost a month ago now, a Walther P99 AS(.40S&W), love it...anyways I figured it was time to go get my LTC-A and carry, target shoot,...essentially I wanted to be able to fire a gun for entertainment/sport without getting so sporty that I was getting shot back at as was the case while in the service...I remember when I did my interview with the chief of police up here he asked why I felt I needed the class A unrestricted, I told him for sport, personal protection and because I fought for this damn country and I earned the right to carry a firearm if I felt I needed....He looked at me and said, well...I cant argue with ya there! So anyways, nice to be apart of this fine website/forum, and thanks for having me!![]()

Welcome to the forum from Alabama. Thanks so much for your service. My daughter is doing her SERE training as we speak and she too has an 8 year obligation. Of course, she received a free (at least for me) education! By the way, you will find a lot of great information on this forum.
