    Smile A Total Newbie in gun ownership...

    Hi...I just dropped in to say hello to everyone. I bought a Bersa Thunder 380 a few months ago, had attended a 4 hour class in gun handling (read as "introduction" instead), wasn't satisfied so this morning, my husband and I just enrolled in a 10 hour class called NRA Basic Pistol Course scheduled for next month. That is just the start...

    In the meantime, when our young son in military school is home, we go to Warrenton to shoot in a private property. Now that he is back again to his university, hubby and I just frequent shooting ranges every now and then so we can practice. But very little practice makes this gun-totting momma very dull in between assignments, so to quench my appetite in learning how to improve shooting my targets, DH and I collect soda cans...maybe one of these days he will join me ... I am getting better, not good yet, but better...

    Anyway, this is just about all i can think of saying this time around...

    Welcome to the forum! Congrats on having the sense to know you needed instruction. The NRA course is a great way to start!
