    Hi Patriots. I'm an old as dirt, crippled up Vietnam Vet Grandfather, wife to a beautiful but fiesty Cajun girl and rider of a Wing trike....refer to that crippled up part...
    Stumbped on this site while looking for a place to shoot. Hope to gain some info on handguns. I kinda like 1911 frame .45's, but revolvers are beginning to interest me a lot, due to the simplicity and beauty. I aim to learn....

    I also should have mentioned I'm in Charlotte, NC, but born on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, but lived in South Louisiana for 25 years. Retired from Bellsouth in 2002 after 30 years. Begat 3 daughters and now have 3 granddaughters and one grandson. My grandkids are my hobby and my vocation. It's my job to spoil them...LOL

    You'll probably find most of us here are pretty grateful to those that served. And how can someone not like a 1911 guy

    This forum is a pretty good recourse for all things guns. Lot of people here with some good info.
