    Wink Newbie Oregonian

    Hey everyone.

    I never heard of this forum but looks really cool and'is active, many gun sites I have been part of are slow and posts are like once a week.

    I have always had guns until I had kids and then put them away until they got a tad older.
    I have now started up a collection myself of ones I enjoy.
    My first taste of a gun was at 12 firing off my sisters husbands 30-06 back in the 70's and it put my butt on the ground. I have had many tastes over the year and went into police training back in the 80's to use my first 38 / 357. I also had a gun even in my younger years a bb gun. I shot that every day until I finnaly wore it out ten years later. I have couple rifles now and a new sig P229 / 40 just got last night. woo hoo
    LOL traded it for a small trailer believe it or not how crazy is that ?
    Well I typed in Sig p229 and this forum popped up on google . Looks like a great site cant wait to get to know everyone .

    Anyone in Oregon give a shout out.
