New from South Carolina
Hello all. I am a medical-type in SC. I have been around guns all my life but still have a lot to learn, particularly about the performance of various loads in various calibers.
I cut my teeth shooting my Dad's long barrel S&W 38 Special and honestly, we just shot whatever they sold at the hardware store and I have carried that same style of ammo purchase into my adulthood, so I can use some edu-macation in that regard.
Presently, my weapons are a Savage .270, a Browning Citori 12 Ga, a Beretta 92 9mm and a Walther P22 plinker. I don't trade guns much and usually keep what I buy forever so I am researching fairly extensively before I buy my next addition, a .45 cal.
Seems like a deep fund of knowledge here and I am pleased that I found the place...
