    New member checking in

    Hi all.

    Just wanted to check in and introduce myself.
    The name's Vic and I live in SW Florida.

    New HG owner...just bought a Ruger P95 at the local gun show this past weekend. After speaking with a few dealers and holding varios guns, the P95 felt good in my hand so I went with it. I have to wait until Thurs to go pick it up though...damn 3day waiting period.

    The wife's not happy with my decision but she'll get over it. I've wanted to purchase a HG and get my CCW permit for a while and I figured it's now or possibly never with the change in administration this coming January.

    Anyway, I've been reading a little bit on here about my choice in weapon and am looking forward to hitting the range for some trigger time.

    Any opinions on my choice?

    I believe the P95 was made in Prescott Arizona by a bunch of people that do good work.
