    Howdy From Central Texas

    I'm new to the Austin, Texas area. Recently relocated from Uvalde and the upper Gulf Coast before that.

    My favorite handgun is my late 60's S&W Model 29. I traded for it in 1973.

    My carry pieces alternate from an XD40SC to a Glock 23 to a S&W 640. Just depends on climate and wardrobe requirements.

    I'm looking forward to learning new things here and occasionally offering my humble opinion.

    Many years ago I hunted on Jesse Parker's ranch out your way. It still is some of my favorite country to visit.
