    new to the forum

    Hello there from Atlanta, new to the forum, just purchased a AMT Backup II .380 SA hoping i can find some information on this pistol on this site

    Are you sure it's a II ? I only know of the Backup being DAO it held 5+1. I can email you the owners manual in PDF.

    On the side does it say

    AMT Cal 380 9mm KURZ
    BACKUP
    Irwindale Calif

    Welcome aboard from Texas! Was this a newly manufactured pistol? I know AMT's are back in production but I was not aware of the SA .380. I have seen NIB AMT .45ACP Backups being sold at gunshows in Houston.

    no i purchased it from a local pawn shop but it is in like new condition

    yea it is SA Backup II printed on the side of the slide heres a pic of my owners manual
