I've recently started looking for a new pistol. I have a Smith & Wesson SW40VE Sigma, and I'm looking for something a little higher-end. I've narrowed my choices down to the Beretta 90-two in .40, and the HK USP 40. I will be carrying the pistol, so factor that into any advice given please. Also, does anybody know of any websites that I could get a good comparison on the said handguns? There is not a local range/store that has rentals I can shoot.
You may want to check out the PX4 in .40 as well. Not sure of the size comparison between that and the 90-2, but it handles the .40 round very well with the rotating barrel.
You can request some of the local members here or at Hkpro website to allow you to try out their pistols to shoot. Treat them to lunch for a nice payment.Quote:

You may want to check out the P2000, it comes in .40S&W also.
