Very nice. Congrats.
I had MAC at www.shootiniron.com/ coat my Wittnes and I can't be more pleased. He is a very honest and nice person to deal with.. I kept me in the loop during the coating.
What really surprised me about his servise other than the stellar coating was not only did the caot it but thay also included removal of the old plated finish, full dis/reassembly, all details, two mags, the new nickel plate on the frame and our TG-1 finish in Black on all other metal parts except for a few pins and springs. Details include polishing the feed ramps and chamber, hand lapping the slide to match the frame, burnishing a few pivot points to help it run smoothly, etc. It's a complete job..inside and out.
The nothcy trigger pull is totally gone, I mean ZERO, ZILCH NADA, NIKS just a silky smooth trigger pull. I would highly recommend him, and I will be using his service on my (soon to be had) RIA Tactical .45
On a side note, I did the ULTRA HIGH TECH model paint sight job.
My next upgrade will a set of Omega grips.

Very nice. Congrats.
VERY nice!
WOW Can't wait to see it with the grips. I plan on getting a CZ because I like their finish more than the blued finish on the Witness. I'm rethinking now and planning now on getting another Witness and use your guy to refinish it for me. I bet with what I save buying the Witness that it should almost pay for the new finish. I like his mil tech finish I'll end up being like a women and keep changing my mind. Sorry Sucklead I didn't mean you would do that.
Thanks everyone, I plan on ordering the grips this week. I change the design I started with. I picked up a CZ P01 last weekend and it fitted my hands PERFECT. So I relayed that info to Sam at Omega along with my measurments.
I'm also going to get a conversion kit, I think 9mm to shoot (cheaper) rounds along with the grips from Omega that should do it. ... for now![]()
