    what do think?

    Hi all,

    I recently purchased my first handgun it will be a home defense gun as well as a sportsman target gun. I was considering changing the sights to the Heinie straight 8 night sights, in the event I need to use the gun in the middle of the night -no light at home (it already has heinie straight 8 sights).

    Or, I was thinking, the Insight m6x tactical light w/laser. what do you all think? The Insight m6x has a quick attach/dettach feature, so I would not need to worry about a permenant mounted light/laser to conflict with a holster when I go to the range.

    What type, cal., might be helpful. Any suggestions without info is worthless.

    I just wanted some opinions on what you thinik is better in the event of a selfdefense situation at home.night time - night sights(tritium inserts) or the insight M6X Tactical flashlight with laser - the insight unit quick attaches/dettaches to an accessory picatinny rail.

    If knowing what type of gun and caliber helps, then it's a Taurus 24/7 pro 9mm. But you can get these 2 items for jsut about any gun. So it's not gun specific or caliber specific.
