    Sealing Paint

    Ok, so I had my Bersa painted so many months ago and haven't done anything with it since. I need some way of sealing the paint so it doesn't all scrape off. It was done basically as a joke, and he did it all in spray paint. I tried to spray a sealer on it, but it isn't strong enough. Any ideas for sealing the paint so it doesn't keep scraping off? And also keeping the matt finish, if possible. Thanks!

    The type of paint you want to seal can impact choice of sealant.

    Find what was used to paint it with and I'll ask my brother what to seal it with. He paints cars,trucks, and boats all the time. He should know.

    I know S&W was having a problem with their clear coatings on there Ti guns. It seems some of the cleaning products was getting under them and causing them to loosen up and come off. Just a thought. Good luck.
