ak pistol

i was about to place my order for a keltec PLR-16 when i buddy sent me this link.

they are a little more money, but reviews on the ak pistol in general tend to call them more powerfull and reliable than the ar (223) pistol design. anyone else know anything about these? all opinions are welcome.

I get a 7.62 x 39 over a .223 any day. Dunno why, but I just like the 30 cal range better.

I wouldn't doubt that an AK pistol is more reliable. AKs are more reliable than practically anything.

Anyone have ballistics on 7.62x39mm out of a shorty? 5.56mm just, well, sucks out of a short barrel. Lots of blast and flash, not much velocity. And 5.56mm is a very velocity-dependent round. Maybe 7.62x39mm is less so.

Second the motion on TGF. There are some knowledgeable AK guys over there.
