    Question Witness .45 Ammo?

    What ammo do you use in your .45.? I noticed aot of people on the fourms use 160ish/195 gram rounds. I purchased 230 gram Winchester White box is this not really required?

    JB designed the 1911/.45 to shoot 230 ball ammo. Now today we shoot all kinds of different weight and shaped ammo through them. I shoot a LSWC 185gr bullet through mine more than anything else. That's what I use to kill paper. As long as your pistol functions OK you can shoot it. Good luck.

    My witness fires anything I feed it.
    had to polish the feedramp alittle.
