No. If you get caught doing that you will be facing Federal charges from the boys at the ATF office. You have to ship through a FFL holder to another FFL holder on his end. You better check the laws in your state and in his state. Around here it will run about $25.00 each way.

You can send it UPS but they have to know what it is, has to send one day shipping, it has to be boxed some specail way, and it has to go from their main shipping area. To ship mine it cost 35 and that was just to send it to my FNL dealer so he could deal with the big wigs to get my Para fixed. Good luck

If you have a local gunstore nearby, just tell them what you want to do and they can help, because as stated, you need to ship it legal, FFL dealer to another FFL dealer.
