    striker fired Sig?!

Idk how many have heard about this but sig just came out with a new striker fired gun known as the p320. If anyone has anymore info on it or have shot it that would be great.

Still not on the market to the public as far as I know... shops in my area stated they (Sig) are trying to fill LE orders before it hits the open market. Most likely a Fall release will be slated.

A full size and compact model are expected first and then a subcompact will follow... most likely in 2015.

I will own one when it comes to market and I hope it's soon. I want to see if it's shoots as well as a Glock. I hope it does better than the Sig P250.

Apparently theres a video out of someone shooting it and it jams. So ill wait a couple of years and let them work the kinks out. Besides its 200 bucks more than a glock and m&p. But itll be interesting to see what Sig can do with it.

Ill be Sig gets that worked out beforehand, but I don't think it's worth the extra money, which is why I own two Glocks for what I paid for the MK25.

You can buy a glock m&p and px4 for the price of a 226 tac ops. But it is a sig so I guess we'll see what they can come up with.

They're not that expensive... MSRP is $713. It will most likely retail for $530-560.

MSRP is always much higher than actual street cost... and Sig's prices are usually 150-200 higher for MSRP.

They know they're late to the striker fired game... and are aggressively aiming to notch out a place in the market. I've heard/read no negative input regarding the P320 so far and have not heard of any videos that show it had issues... it's not even available yet to departments or civilians according to the reps I know.

Yeah, I don't imagine Sig producing anything that isn't a quality piece. I'd imagine they will have to reduce the price of the P320 if they do actually want to carve out a piece of the striker fire game b/c you can get brand new Glocks and M&P pistols with night sights for $600.

Yankee marshall on you tube already has one so they must be available somehow. From what he says its just a refined p250.

Too bad that this is a pre order and you have to wait for 6 months.

There have already been articles, in the gun magazines, about this gun. The ones I read sounded like they have built a pretty solid pistol in striker form, but then again we are talking about SIG too.
