You can get an M&P 9c for like $450 some places if you look hard. M&P is a good choice man

I bought my full size M&P 9mm 4 months ago and I love it. I'm a long time Sig owner, but I wanted something different(and cheaper). I don't care for Glocks. Also wanted something with a lighter trigger for the wife. She likes it as well. I paid $475 for mine, but you may have trouble finding one for that price right now. Buy one, you will not be disappointed.

Another choice might be a SigSauer SP 2022, P 250 9mm, .45 or .40

They are damn near impossible to find new, that's for sure! However, I have a couple opportunities for used ones around where I live. The MP40 seems a lot easier to find, but I'd rather not have to buy two different kinds of ammo.

I recently narrowed my choices to the M&P 9 or the FNH FNS 9. I chose the FN and it's on it's way as I write this. Hope to have it by the weekend. Please let us know your choice.

Finally found a MP9 full size at my local gun store/range! I was real surprised they had the 9, 40 and 45 all in, and even in the compact sizes too. It was $499. Now the search is for some extra mags, which seem to be in shorter supply than the guns themselves. Love this firearm so far. It ate through some cheap 9mm 115gr ammo at the range as well as some corbon dpx (after the new gun cleaning of course).
