While the "Best" is often debatable, the Sig 226 just may be, if you like it buy it would be my advice. I don't know if you can find a NIB Sig P226 for $500.00 though?
Hey everybody,
Just wanted to get your thoughts on the best 4" barrel size pistol for stricktly range use. I'm not concerned about it being a carry or anything like that so I'd just like something fun to shoot at the range.
Just a little background on me I've shot many types of guns but never a pistol! Lol so I know the first piece of advice is shoot them before you buy them (duh) and shoot what you wanna buy before you buy it (again duh) but I wanted to see if you guys could show me some ones I haven't seen yet and give me your thoughts on them.
I'm looking for 9mm or .40 S&W size rounds. And my price range is around 500... from what I've googled and youtubed I really like the Sig P226 and I'm open to any other suggestions as long as it meets what I'm looking for lol
Cheers!
P.S. Merry Christmas!!

S&w m&p
How about any of the CZ models? Anybody shoot one of them and have any thought?
why 4.0"?
if that is exact then the FNP 9mm is 4.0 and the springfield XD45 compact is 4.0"
close to 4" is the glock g19 at 4.02"
No not an exact desire just want something longer than 4" I like the look of them lol that's really all it is
