    Huge booom and big clouds of smoke!!!

    OK, so hey, you have to have fun with your firearms, don't you? Safety first, as always, of course, but come on...admit it...it is just plain fun firing things that go "bang" or "boom" loudly and pump out the smoke?

    Check out this short video on the Glock 20 featuring slow motion of it being fired with heavy Buffalo Bore rounds.

    You got to love the Glock 20 in 10mm!!

    Well, YEAH ! ! !

    When I first got my Ruger Alaskan in .454 Casull, I gathered up a friend, my digital camera, filled a whole lot of milk jugs with water,
    and set up to have some fun and make a video. Shooting from 25 yards. Yes, I didn't hit 'em every time.

    Yep, my S&W snubby in .38 Special makes a hole and some splash.
    Yep, my 1873 Colt clone in .45 Long Colt makes a considerably nicer splash.
    Yep, full power .454 Casull blows EVERYTHING EVERYWHERE. Even back to where we were standing.

    And why from 25 yards you say ? Because of the final act.
    A gallon milk jug. Filled three-quarters up with gasoline.
    Shake very well. Get plenty vapor above the liquid.

    It took three shots to hit the jug. What disapointment.
    No explosion at all. Probably just as well. We rode home smelling like gasoline.
