Go out and shoot the pistol, if it doesn't function and eject properly then you should have concern, if it functions properly don't worry about it. With the new slide you probably have a new extractor and spring that needs to loosen up a bit.
Okay i'm gonna try and sum this up. I purchased an Sig p250 not even a year ago, the gun has worked flawless the only issue was that my sights was not centered correctly. So I called Sig they told me to send it to them, I did when I got it back they let me know during fixing the sights the slide broke so they had to replace my slide. Now when I put one in the chamber the slide is very hard to pull back, I thought it was do to the slide being new but when I go to pull the slide back to clear the round in the chamber, the bullet doesn't come out the slide but instead falls through the handle where my magazine goes I never had this issue before until I got my gun back from Sig. I purchased a new magazine today when I used that magazine my slide goes back very smooth to chamber a round. When I pull the slide back to clear the bullet 80% of the time it ejects from the slide but 20% falls through the handle. Like I said never had this issue until I got it back. The gun only has at least 300 bullets through it. Any answers to this issue will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

+1 go ahead and shoot the pistol, give it a few hundred rounds and if it doesn't function correctly after that then call Sig customer service and ask them to send a shipping label to send back the entire pistol......JJ
Go out and shoot the P250. Actually, it is common for the cartridge to fall out through the magazine well if there is no magazine inserted in the pistol. That should not be a concern at this point. Make sure it is functioning properly by taking it out and putting it through its paces.
