Bought 2 Pistols Today...A Good Day
I took a drive today to a store I have never been to before. I heard they sell CZ's and wanted to look them over and handle them before I bought one. Well I ended up finding a almost new used 75 compact in 40S&W. I think its an older one as its a safety only and no decocker. I was looking for a P-06 in .40 but for a price of $399 I couldn't turn down the new looking used one and for that price im OK with it. Now just when I think i'm done shopping I notice something that catches my eye. Turns out to be a Stoeger Cugar. He had all the different models. Stoeger's website didn't show him as a retailer and i was planing on making a day trip to handle these at a dealer 2 hours away. Anyways they turned out to be so nice I bought one of them to. I had planned on holding them at the dealer I was planning on going to and if nice I was gonna order a NOS Beretta 8045 from wideners. Turns out I was so happy with these and knowing they were beretta's (was unsure how the fit/finish was going to be with stoegers name on them knowing their shotguns) I decided to save some coin and grab the stoeger in 45. I wasn't happy seeing the stoeger on the internet with the rail and really didn't want it but in person its really not bad. I cannot wait to pick these bad boys up and wish it was monday already so I could turn in the receipt to the sheriffs office to start the wait till my pick up coupons come in like 7 long days.
