I have about 500-600 burning a hole in my pocket. I really want to buy a new pistol, but can not deciede what to get. I'm looking for something different, something fun to shoot, or something that will fit in my front pocket. I'm leaning towards front pocket. Here's what I have
Ruger LC9 is hard to beat... I only paid $365.00+tax for mine, so you'll have to find something to spend the rest of your money on if you buy one..
Or then..
You can get on the Boberg XR9-S pre-order list (like I have done) and start saving your money, and hopefully by the time your name reaches the top you'll have enough saved.. (lol)
that one is pretty high on my list. I also thought about a full size 1911, I torn between something to carry or something to collect. Right now I carry the glock 26 and like it. I do want a sarry carry for the pocket. The LCP is nice, but almost too small.
Been pocket carrying for several years now, mostly in summer and always around the house, and seem to carry my S&W 642 most but also carry a Kel Tec P-11 when I want a few more rounds but not dressed for a 1911 or high power.
How do you all like that Glock 26? I have a 17 my brother has a 19, I was thinking about either getting a: 26, 30, 34 or even a 35... Is the 26 worth it, very small package lots of firepower or would you go with the other models?

The Ruger LCP is an excellent 380 which will conceal pretty easily in a back pocket holster, and the LC9 is a bit too large for pocket carry, but perfect for iwb carry.
I like my LC9 so well it has replaced my HK P2000sk for iwb carry..
I've read where some folks don't like several "safety" features on the LC9, but none are a problem for me. I appreciate a heavy trigger pull in a firearm carried for self defense as it helps prevent AD's and also guarantees the person using it will not fire the weapon accidentally by stress, or nerves.
We each have our preferences in self defense weapons, and my choices are the best, for me.. Might not be for you?
Just making conversation.
Best Wishes,
Jesse
