    Right now it's a Beretta 96. Twenty minutes ago before a shower it was a S&W .38 sp. in my pocket.

    Well at least you're not in sILLINOISe ,you would have to keep it locked in a box in the trunk and dis-assembled and keep the pic of your ammo in another location
