    No Hi-Point Section?

Hard to figure why no Hi-Point forum section here. I've been an avid shooter for 35+ years and own two Hi-Point pistols (C9 & JHP45). Both my Hi-Point pistols have been highly reliable handguns with thousands of rounds fired. Truth is millions own and successfully use Hi-Point firearms. Made in the US by Americans in the great state of Ohio, reliable shooting, the best service & warranty in the business, and affordable to purchase for anyone that can pass a background check legally. Practically every gun shop in the Pittsburgh area where I live handles the Hi-Point line. I'll end by saying what a SNOBATORIUM here. This is probably my first and last post at HandGunForum.net since the handguns I successfully use don't even rate a forum section.

    Respectfully,
    pashooter

Well, There was a "Hi-Point" section for a while...but only had limited posting by hi-point fans. Which is why there is a "General Semi-Auto" forum section, so the low posting and low traffic topics can have a home too. Oh well, can't make everyone happy.

Wow, first post and you dump on us because we don't have a sub-forum you like? You had to sign up to figure that out or did you sign up just so you could bitch? I'm guessing it's the second option. Here at the "snobatorium" we have a term for that, "douchetastic"!

FWIW, JS is working on a Hi-Point section. It will be complete after he honors the the numerous requests for the Red Rider, Air Soft, and Palmetto sections.

Why did you leave out Lorcin and Jiminez?

Oh, OP, I forgot you were there. Well, bye.

    snobatorium......thats hilaruious.

"FWIW, JS is working on a Hi-Point section. It will be complete after he honors the the numerous requests for the Red Rider, Air Soft, and Palmetto sections." That right there made me laugh.

It was nice of the guy to drop in give his opinion bust some chops and then promise to not return.

why the hate passhooter? high point guys normally don't be haters.

Be nice - Let's not get into a pissing contest here... The mods will shut it down.

I'm not a gun snob at all - I just don't personally like the look of the hi-point weapons. I have heard people at the range talking about how nice they actually shoot.

If you can find a weapon that you like and feel comfortable Protecting you and your family from bad guys with. At that price point. More power to you.

Did you read his entire post? He came here to slam us for not liking a gun that has a HORRIBLE reputation(maybe the worst ever). There is no pissing contest, he asked for it, he got it.

I think there needs to be a much larder *rolls eyes* icon.

Hi-Points are cheap, in more ways than one. Speaking from personal experience (no, I didn't own one, but I got to see one come apart right next to me.)

In all honesty, in the gun world, you DO get what you pay for. Simple as that.

Oh ok - I see. You guys were just retaliating. He did pretty much start it by calling us snobs. Sorry - carry on about the ghetto guns.

    Where did everybody go?

Seriously though, every time someone brings up Hi Point it goes down hill. Maybe we should all buy one to prove they are junk? [armour on]
