I am pretty sure my 60 yr old hands & wrists will give out first. I am thinking about taking the neighbor sometimes and I'm sure we could shoot 200 - 300 rounds easily.

You wont live long enough!! My neighbor and I have shot 300 rounds each more than once with our 1911's...not EVERYTIME by no means...but dont fret over the ammo you shoot...especially WW Whitebox

BTW: WW White is what I shoot in my MP9c

I usually shoot 300 rounds of WWB each range session.
