Hello all, this is my first post. I welcome all advice and suggestions. I'm trying to decide on my primary CCW handgun. I have a Kahr CW9, SA XD9, and a Taurus 24/7 Pro compact .45acp. I need your help on deciding the best of the three. I appreciate all of your help, Thanks.
First, I never recommend Taurus for self-defense*. They're fine for range use (and I like shooting my 24/7 quite a lot), but there's too many of them that fail.Quote:

Third -- the CW is very easy to conceal, and is both reliable and accurate enough for defense use. The fact that they are also cheaper than the Glock/XD/M&P triad makes me prefer it over the other two for concealed carry. This isn't to say that it's "better" than the XD -- it's just more suitable for ccw in my particular case, and may well be in yours.....
*the semi's anyway. Their revolvers are ok for SD.
