concealing w/ a light or laser

im looking at in the pant holsters and im wondering how many guys conceal carry with lights or laser on the gun...there isnt really much for the sr9 in general and though i can find tactical holsers for it none are inside the pant...i think im just going to go with a black pro carry hd leather inside the pant holster but am curious on how many conceal with accessories...

I don't carry a weapon with a light/laser, and I don't know if any holster manufacturer makes an IWB holster that can accomadate one. One option I can think up off the top of my head would be a belly band, they can hold just about anything, as long as you get the right size. Just my .02, good luck and stay safe.

    Belly bands...

...tend to wear out and sag...had a friend use one 5 yrs and just gave him an IWB holster to replace it...easier to hide IWB under the belly...if you HAVE a belly...
...I will never mount a light on a gun...taught that the BG will instinctively shoot at it...and I believe it...I hold the light far off my body and high...shoot with one hand...not going to stand behind my light...done it that way all my life...carry the light on weak hand side...

No lights on my gun, although I would like to add a set of Crimson Trace grips some day. I don't like the idea of having the gun and light be one unit. I'd hate to hear a bump in the night, hit my light (that was attached to my gun) and find one of my kids or wife looking down the barrel of a loaded gun.

    some folks...

...do wear the belly band, which has the holster sewed into it, so that the gun is in front...but most I've seen hold the gun tight into the side on one side or the other...
..I prefer the nylon or leather holster with a steel clip that fits inside the pants(IWB)...and I do carry it in front, to the left of the belt buckle...in the hollow ...the backup in another right behind the belt buckle...and I move the clilps on mine up about an inch so that they sit low..pulling the grips close to me...a tshirt or polo shirt hides well and it's real comfortable up to about 4" bbl..

    That looks bulky...

...and I don't know the brand/quality...I have used and recommended these which happen to be on sale if you can find the one for your gun....you can call Don Hume and they'll help you on the phone...they also carry the lightweight leather and nylon IWBs I was talking about...good people and it'd save you a few bucks even after shipping...
