    XD45ACP

I love Colt....I had a Commander...and loved it...but I traded for the extra 7 round I get from my new XD45acp....I have to say i love it..and it is as accurate as my Colt...but an extra 7 shots...is a great switch.

I just picked on up and I love it. It doesn't recoil as hard as a friend's Springfield 1911 that I shot.

I have 3 XD's and two of them are the XD-45ACP's. They are the best shooting .45 I've ever shot. I keep one on the nightstand with the light/laser combo, and the other I shoot in IDPA each month. The other XD, the XD-40SC is the most comfortable gun in .40 that I've shot even though it is a sub compact! 8)

    XD'S

I like the new 45s, I have the service and the tac-I think the tac is going to become the night stand piece--still to see. I like the way both shoot and my wife likes shooting them but what surprised me was after she shot the XD 9--she took it in place of her KIMBER for a carry gun. Never did I think I would see that day come.

I hope my friends don't hear me but after having the XD's now for over a month and shooting them along with my glocks which have been my favorite guns for over 15 years. I now like the XD better. I still love my glocks but just found something better in their class. I thought this day would never happen.

It's OK SD. At least you were man enough to stand up and admit it. You're not the first to be converted by the XD! Enjoy! And welcome to the fold. 8)

As soon as they make a 10mm XD, I'll have one. Hope they hurry (but I'm not holding my breath).
