WATCH OUT FOR " German Guns" BIG RIP OFF!
Watch out for this company: http://www.germanguns.de/exportindex.htm.
The Owner is a guy called Claus. I ordered some P88 magazines and a set of wood grips for the same gun on 8/18/09. He refused to take a CC or MO and said the money had to be wired to his personal account. That should have been a warning, but...
I have sent him several emails asking where are the products I ordered and he only said the items were shipped. I asked on at least four occasions for the shipper name and tracking number and he has refused to provide it.
I said that if he cannot provide a shipped and tracking number to send back my money. His response was, that it was delivered and how dare I ask for my money back and a refusal to provide the shipper and tracking number.
Any suggestions on how to put pressure on him in Germany? It is not so much the money now as the principal and trying to stop him from selling in the USA!
This guy is a complete rip off. STAY CLEAR.
Wow, that sucks that he screwed you over like that. Not sure what action could be taken in this type of situation.
Did find it amusing that he has a "Black List" section of people on his site that he says he won't service or accept bids from anymore as they've screwed him over..........guess criminals get a bit testy when you hit them with their own game lol
Probably those are people that have filed suit against him or reported him to the BBB.

But you may get on that list
Bargain hunting on the net is great. But do your research to make sure the people are on the up and up. The guy has his rear pretty covered really with a wire transfer. There's no real trail as to what you paid for.
No trackable/recoverable form of payment is a no sale for me.
I'd rather pay $50 for a P99 magazine from my local shop than pay $35 with shipping from someone in another country.
Keep our money at home.
Ten bucks says it was siezed at customs. If that's the case, call the money lost a blessing if they don't contact you to ask you why you are ordering military materials from over seas. Yes, there is a way to do it, but if you didn't fill out the forms to do so, I'd just walk away.
+1 on that. Especially if they were advertized as "Millitary" anything, finish/capacity/style. Any mention of the word.
Never order anything from foreigners. You only have recourse within the good old USA!
