New gun

Well i am looking at buying a new handgun. I have a few semi auto and was thinking of buying a revolver, but am open to another semi. I currently own a Glock 22 and 27. I also have a sig 226 (40sandw), ruger P345 and springfield 1911.

I know this is a vague question but any suggestions on what to get.

Can't go wrong with a good .22 target pistol for plinking or a .22 conversion for either your Glock 22 or 1911. :smt023

I was thinking 22 pistol, because i have most of my semis covered. I was thinking of a 22, a 9mm of some sort or revolver to add to the collection. Just a hard decision at this point.

I know what you mean. Everyone should have a .22 and a good revolver, preferably a .357 of some sort.

I agree on a .22 Cheap ammo and loads of fun at the range....besides, better to shoot those troublesome critters that tear up your garden....you wouldn't want to shoot a rabbit with a .45, would you?

Depends what you want to do with it after.

Whole roasted rabbit =.22.
Rabbit stew = .45

I agree with most, get a .22. If you have the funds, I suggest Ruger. If not, but you still want a decent hadgun, I suggest S&W or Beretta NEOS. You will catch me bragging about my NEOS on here if you look a little. Everyone who shoots handguns MUST have a .22 IMO.

I'm not one that likes those 22 conversion kits. But I do think a decent 22 is a great addition to any collection. Ruger or Browning make great ones and they are not too expensive. I have a Buckmark and MK III and love shooting them both. I like thew Buckmark a little better but you cannot go wrong with either. T heir's a few pretty nice 22 wheel guns out there worth being looked at as well but I am not as well in the know about those and will leave that to someone more qualified.

Well i am considering getting the Taurus Judge or a .22lr from ruger. Any idea how good the judge is, because it sounds like a fun gun.
