im getting my ccw in a few months and i was wondering what holster would be best for my full size Baby Eagle 40. its too big for iwb unless i buy all new pants so what would be good for owb carrying? im looking for something that wont create a ton of wear so preferably leather and be secure enough for everyday carrying.
The Baby eagle is a good gun, just not as popular as others. Holster selection is limited. Try a couple of manufactures that do holsters for the more "obscure" (no insult) guns.
Try Mernickle Holsters and Elpasso Saddlery. They make a good product. I am not sure if they offer for the Baby Eagle.
That would not be the ideal gun for concealment. Do you have a gun that you could borrow for the class that is a bit more concealable, and in turn, most likely much cheaper to shoot? If not then I guess you could always get a belt holster and just carry that way. Here is one that I found on ebay by a google search:

If I am not mistaken, the Baby Eagles are CZ-based. Now, your conventional CZ 75 has the narrowed slide at the muzzle end, so you're probably better off looking for a SP-01 holster, but I'd be willing to bet the fit is what you need. As far as confirmation, CZ forums and/or websites might be the right places to look further.
i realize that its not ideal for carrying but the next purchase im making will be a shotgun so a smaller pistol will have to wait. i guess ill look for a CZ75 holster, since those should fit.
