Thread: Ideas for a Hand Gun

Are you in a position to actually manufacture such a pistol or is this for a paper you are writing or something? The only reason I ask is because of an old saying my Grandfather used to tell me..

"Wish in one hand and shi* in the other... see which one fills up faster"

How about a revolving semi-auto with a telescoping barrel and a convertible chamber that will take anything from .380 to .45, and finished in a blued stainless with pink camo grips?

I'm interested to see what conclusion you'll be able to come up with from the poll results.

So far it looks like people want a short barreled semi-auto .45 with stainless finish. If only there was company that made one of those, they'd corner the market.

If pink camo short barreled gatling guns show up at the SHOT show next year, we've got a lot more pull with the industry than anyone expected!

Not too many choices, but I'd go with a 4.5" blue, .45ACP, Semi-auto, with a 12+ mag capacity with no safety, and a nice short trigger pull.

Anyone else notice how the OP put this out there and then hasn't been on since?

That's too bad. I think it would be nothing short of a tragedy to waste good research material like this.

Maybe someone - I nominate Todd, do I hear a second? - should rent a booth at next years Shot Show. That way that someone could help educate the uninformed attendees on what serious hand gunners want in a handgun, based upon the very valuable information we were able to mine from this very scientific poll.
