Hey All
I was at the local gun show talking to a dealer about how when I try to buy a
gun at a show, my background check always comes up "delayed" and the show is over before I can purchase the gun. Of course this is not a problem when I buy a handgun because I have already waited for my purchase permit prior to the show. Anyway, to get to the point, the dealer was saying something about a form I could fill out that would make the process shorter since I already have guns and the backgound check will go through. Can't find the form online, any help???
