Would like a few opinions about Wilson handguns.
You hear and read a lot about Sig, HK, and Kimber as top of the line pieces. I am considering gifting myself, my ultimate weapon. I'm really liking the Bill Wilson Carry Special. Have no idea of the price.
Any and all input is greatly appreciated.
Wilson Combat builds first quality 1911's. I am not exact on the price of the model you mentioned but most of the full size models I have run into seem to be between $2000 and $2500. A little more than I am willing to spend on a carry weapon that is going to get beat up.
I have never heard one bad report on a Wilson weapon! You get what you pay for,but I agree I wouldn't carry a $2,000 pistol! Maybe if I was rich!
