great starter, one of the better less expensive brands

Mine has been great, and so has at least 6 others that belong to family and friends.

I had one and it worked properly. They have a tendancy to put a weak tension on the safety that I don't care for for carry purposes but otherwise it was a solid piece. I think they are a good value. I actually like the finish they use and both the slide and frame are smooth and devoid of sharp edges.

It's a decent 1911. Not the best by no means but good enough. They are a great value for the money. The slide to frame fit is pretty good. The shoot straight. You can't ask for anything more for the price.
