Hey Knox,

Hey Knox,
Anybody ever tell you that vocabulary is the signpost of a man's character?

The LCP is an excellent concealed carry pistol. I'm sure it was designed with that function in mind. I would focus my practice with it at about five yards or so; basic armed citizen distance. Mine shoots accurately out to ten yards and I haven't shot it further. The only rounds mine has balked at is the Power Ball 90 grain stuff. I had a few failures to feed.
Congratulations on your excellent gift. If you are a CCW person you have an outstanding and realiable weapon. Good shooting.
I have no problems at all shooting the LCP with the stock magazine. If I get one of those pinky things I'll remove it. I like the LCP for its concealment. I have no recoil or purchase difficulties with it at all.
I can use another magazine though. So hopefully they'll send one. Surely I can remove that extension. Mine should be back shortly after the new year I guess. After letting Ruger have it for work unknown, I'll have to test it again. Buck 32, did you notice any difference in the way your's shoots?
yes im a handgun cary permit holder in the great state of tennessee and i also have my state armed guard license so this will also be my back up weapon on my ankle. i normally carry my G19 everywhere i go but i get funny looks sometimes cause i always carry open in a blackhawk.
and yes it did come with the pinky thing on the mag but my hands are to big so my ring finger rest on it instead lol, is it normal for the firearm to only come with 1 mag and no spare, and does anyone know if places like gander mtn cary spares?
hope everyone is having a great christmas!!!!!!!

Nice.....and congrats. This is probably going to be my next purchase. It or the Kel Tec P3AT.
Let us know how is does at the range
I recieved it back on Tuesday and have not had an opportunity to test it out yet. We only have outdoor ranges here and it has been too cold to go out shooting. Today was the warmest it has been in weeks. We got to 32 degrees today. Hopefully this weekend I can get out.
The letter states they have upgraded it with the latest release updates. I do not know what that means and it almost sounded like they were upgrading it like a computer. Haha.
Anyway, I would like to know what else they did to it but will probably have to call Ruger.
Knox, I do believe it only came new with one mag. I purchased an extra then got the pinky extension for x-mas. I now have two mags with the extension and one without.
Yes it comes off. Just push the little indentation in the bottom of the mag. You will need the bottom cap to replace the finger extension.
im going to shoot it tomorrow so ill let u know how it shoots, i really want to start carrying it, but i have a problem carrying a gun iv never shot before so i guess tomorrow is the big day\
