Top left in the guy's hands or resting on the target? Top left isn't a 1911, unless my eyes are playing tricks. On the target, I have no idea, but would like to guess that js posted a pic of a Wilson Combat. I hope I win a prize if I've guessed correctly.

are you talking about the image located under the "Donate to the Forum" link...?

if so... it is a Kimber 1911... I believe it's super match.

If you're talking about the image at the top of the site, beside the logo, then I believe it's a ruger like nukehayes already pointed out.

I'm guessing a P89 or P90 maybe.. Ain't the perdiest gun on the planet nor the most carry friendly for sure, but overbuilt and shoot well.
