Seriously though, congrats on a very nice instant collection. My wife has surprised me in a similar fashion in the past as well, but never to the tune of almost two grand.

The wifey surprised me Christmas Eve with a new Marlin 39A. Not so much that she surprised me by getting me a .22, but it was a complete surprise that she got me a 39A. Evidently, she noticed that I had been looking at the Henry's at the local GS, so she decided to go and get me one. They know both of us there, and when she told them she was there to get a Henry, the salesman told her that I would be much happier with the Marlin. I need to stop by and thank him.....

The only thing I got shooing related was a Vickers Tactical Sling for my AR. And that's because I got it for myself and put the wife's name on the package!

I got the HK P2000 V3. The decocker is right next to the hammer, so cool. Then the glock 19 in OD. Perfect fit. To top off the morning a Springfield Champion 45 1911.

I have put 500 hundred through each so far and the P2000 is the best for me. I have never shot as good as I did with this pistol in my life. I am going to carry it from now on. It's their full size and is small for a full size.

I got no guns ...oh that's right because in my communist state you have to wait for permits to be approved for each gun purchase which can take up to 6 months!

I didn't really want the Glock 19. I have the 17 gen 1 and a 21c. But when I held it and the color, before I got to the second gun I was in love. I told her lets head to the range real quick and open the rest later. She handed me the HK and when I unwrapped it I thought she was fooling me and I almost had a heart attack. I told her we could not afford this right now and she made the extra money on ebay. She made me eat breakfast before going to the range. I was getting ready to set the house alarm and she said wait I for got something. She gave me the Springfield box unwrapped and I said no way. I almost killed her I hugged her so hard. I started to feel bad because all I got her was a puppy but now I think she had the better Christmas. To be able to give a love one things like that made her day. She was smiling wider than me.
She shot all three and she loves the Glock and even went to the range yesterday when I was napping. That's the first time she went without me. That was the best thing.

Now that is a fine Wife.....

I bought myself a pistol two weeks before Christmas so my wife did not get me any guns for Christmas. I did buy her a set of Crimson Trace laser grips for her 1911.
