    Opinions on ParaOrdnance pistols wanted...

    Hello all,

    It's been a number of years since I've purchased a new 1911-style pistol, and I'm thinking about buying a new single-stack Para Ordnance. I would be very interested in reading about your experiences with this brand, or reading your opinions if you are willing to explain them.

    I've owned a few; own two currently. Never had any functioning or quality problems that I recall. Never had a single stack, though.

    I had a Para Companion that never functioned reliably, even after going back to the factory. It was a nice looking paperweight.
