Anyone use Blue Wonder bore cleaner?

I picked up a tube of Blue Wonder at a a local gunshop the other day. Earlier this week I tried it on two of my 9mm pistols and seemed to work quite well. I put 250 rounds through both pistols at the range so the bores were dirty. This was my first time using it so I followed the directions on the box (apply w/bronze brush, let soak for 10 miutes). After cleaning with the Blue Wonder I followed up with Shooter's Choice MC-7 and patches came out light grey instead of black with carbon. I'm going use it a few more times and if it continues to work this well I'll be using this stuff from now on. Anybody else out there use Blue Wonder? What are your thoughts?

Yep! Tex I have used it and blued a few guns with it also. I reload so I shoot a lot of lead bullets. IMHO I would not use it on any gun that has plastic parts because it's got ammonia in it. I say it may affect those parts. I see no problem with all steel gun. It does a fair job on lead, but Shooters Choice is better followed by Hoppes#9. That's the way it works for me.

Thanks for the heads up about plastic parts. I will have to keep that in mind.
