The HI Point was part of deal "A" which you backed out of. To get into deal "B" is another set of terms all together.

If the dealer had all ready entered the gun into his book, t's in his inventory and no longer yours, it has to be transferred back to you.

Interesting. I doubt they added it to their inventory that fast. But in that case, they should refund $275 and I'd just have to pay the transfer and DROS? (not full retail?)

Right, cash paid on the gun etc should be refunded to you less any restocking fees. Then you would probably have to pay the transfer fee to get your gun back. I'm guessing the Sig is from a different seller?

Yessir I'm going through ffl I've dealt with before for the Sig. That's unfortunate. I hope this is the case and not the worst I'm thinking of. Thank you!
