    Yes, that looks very much like a B-1B. My favorite jet. It normally sits higher but I guess that truck pulled it down. Some of my work is on that plane. I worked for Boeing at the time and did some of the avionics software.

    Seeing that the pitot tube is still covered, I would say the jet was parked and that truck had issues.

    I'd be willing to bet that someone forgot to set the parking brake &/or chock the wheels.
