    What do U think about the immanent domain argument

    I know the supreme court ruled on this issue last year (in error, in my opinion). But, this topic is being discussed on the radio today, so I thought I would mention it here.

    How do U feel about that recent court decision giving the green light to cities to take your property away for pretty much anything - even a Wal-Mart.

    I think it's bullshyt! We can start giving away property belonging to Judges, State and Federal Reps and Sens, and those that pushed it through. Then maybe if it's still in place we can get around to the common man.
