    We so far have gotten 11" of snow today and still coming down. What a mess!!!

    We had some flakes that didn't stick and now we have rain. That caused a 1-hour early release for the schools.

    We had what they call a "wintery mix". Rain, ice, sleet a few flakes of snow. Just rain now.

    Took this at around 5:30ish. We have about 5" of snow now, and now it's sleeting...

    We are getting it here in Ky today. Nothing like what the OP is saying but from what I hear it's as much as 6-8" to the east of me. It's not too bad here so far anyway. There's a gun show today near me. So I guess I'm headed out no matter the snow. They have not called the show off anyway. I'm glad I drive a Jeep..heh

    Well the 24 hour total is 16" with 2-4 more expected to night.Had to plow and scrap ourselves to get in and out.

    It's 8:53pm now, and I have about 12 inches of that white nasty stuff....and it's still coming down. Kind-of hard to tell the exact amount because it's drifting some.

    All this snow, and STILL none here. My 24 year old snowmobile is still staring forelornley out at the bare drive.

    Right around freezing here in Northern KY. We just got a dusting, about an inch...enough to make the roads slick but not much else. It looks pretty though. Merry Christmas everyone!

    Yep, got cold here in southeast Texas too. Had to ride my motorcycle in 40 degree weather this morning and it only got to 68 degrees when I got off from work.

    Yep really cold in Fort Wirth today - I went to a outside range and shot in 68* weather
    Of course in the summer it's 900 *
