Wow!! I just got off the phone with RCBS and Lee Precision and couldn't be happier with the experience with each.

I called RCBS about a broken collar on my bullet puller. They asked for my name, address and phone number and said a new one will be in the mail today!

With Lee, it was the same story. I called about a broken decapper pin on a rifle die. Again, they asked for my name, address and phone number and said a new replacement is on the way. I didn't have to send the old one in and wait, or have to haggle and plead to get it taken care of.

It would be nice if other companies were as easy to deal with!
