OK guys, how do you call this one.
Is it an Accidental Discharge a Negligent Discharge or an acceptable discharge given that it didn't hit the husband??![]()
Woman says she was shot in the leg by her stove
SEKIU, Wash. - A woman said she was shot in the leg by her stove. Cory Davis told the Peninsula Daily News she had just stoked her cast-iron heating stove Sunday when she heard a loud bang and was struck in her left calf.
Davis said a case of shotgun shells spilled about a month ago at her home and one must have landed in the newspapers she used to light the stove.
She removed a metal fragment herself and was treated Monday at Forks Community Hospital.

I say acceptable
Acceptable sounds good to me too.
The metal fragment hit too low to help her qualify for a Darwin Award, or even for a Runner-Up or an Honorable Mention. That's too bad.
I won't let a negligent person off the hook, so I vote for ND.
I vote ND for the fact that how much paper did she use to start the stove. the weight of the shell should have been felt when she picked up the paper.
If you ask me, she got what she deserves.
Anyone who murders innocent trees deserves to get a cap in their calf.
How's about an ID......(ignorant discharge). Yeah.....who does keep ammo next to the stove anyway?
