What's wrong with it?
This floats around education circles frequently. Makes me wonder about why we quibble over the little things and what's important in education?
Don't know about WA but in Texas the MOST important thing is TAKS!!! (Texas Assesment of Knowledge and Skills, the state cure-all, fix-all test). You can tell I'm fond of it.If a student doesn't pass, he/she doesn't graduate. If a school gets a "low performing" grade, sanctions are dealt out, after a couple of years, administrators get fired, couple more years, teachers get fired, school gets shut down, etc, etc.............don't get me started.

The real question is how many taxpayers dollars were spent on that study?
