The one thing that struck me during that interview was the repeating of the eroneus belief that the job of the police is to protect INDIVIDUALS. Both by the interviewer and the assistant da. Now i am sure that she would be defending the police and city when the lawsuit over "failure to protect" hits the courts. Wonder what she uses for protection?

The main issue aside (no need to debate that here), I think his interviewing technique is very poor. If you need to constantly interrupt your guest with new questions, and not let her finish her response, why bother asking in the first place?

Yeah. I don't think he did anyone any favors by constanly interrupting.
