Thread: California?

I had to look it up because at first, this sounded like standard California bashing, but apparently it's true.

I'm not sure exactly where I come down on this. One one hand, if someone is suffering/slowly dying from Cancer or some other awful disease, I think they should be allowed to take whatever they please if it makes them feel better. On the other, a former co-worker of mine who happened to be a pot-head was very easily able to get one of those cards that authorize them to buy medical MJ due to "back pain". So obviously the system is being abused.
